Counselling can help with addressing specific problems that are of most concern to you.

I do not give advice or tell you what you should do, instead I see counselling as an opportunity for us to work together to explore the specific problems you have with the aim of bringing about a clearer understanding, so that you can make your own choices and move forward with improved well-being.

The following are just some of the issues that are brought to counselling:

  • Coping with traumatic events

  • Stress management

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Bereavement

  • Relationship difficulties at work or at home

  • Alcohol and other addictions

  • Physical illness

  • Sexuality or sexual problems

  • Disability

  • Social problems
